Sit & Stitches

Most Wednesdays we also have a live Sit & Stitch on Zoom. The time varies each week in the hopes that most of our community can find at least one or two times a month that work for them to join. They last 2 hours and you are welcome to come and go as you please.

Some members join our Sit & Stitches simply for the company, others so they can show off what they have made, others to get help with a project that's stumping them, and others for a myriad of reasons. We aren't picky about why you join, we just love having you there!

Sometimes we all can get a little carried away, so if you ever have a question, or want to say something and feel like you can't get a word in, or are a little shy to interrupt, please use the "raise hand" option on Zoom. It's a great way to remind those of us who can get a little talkative that we do need to let others speak. 

While Jessie is usually the "host" of the Sit & Stitch, it is not The Jessie Show, it's a community social time for all who are there. Feel free to speak up, give suggestions, ask questions, and share away. If you are someone who simply enjoys watching and listening, and you don't have much to say yourself, that's all good. We may ask if you have something you want to share, but we will be happy to take, "I'd rather just listen" as an answer.

Jessie is a professional crochet and knit designer, as well as a former costume designer and an artist and expert in many crafts. Please never be shy to ask questions. One of Jessie's favorite parts of owning Crochet Foundry is helping others with their creations. She's a natural teacher and loves seeing the lightbulb go on when someone figures out the thing that was stumping them!
