How do I access my downloads?

Computer: Click on the person icon in the top navigation bar to log in.
Phone: Click on the 3 lines at the top of the screen to open the navigation and then click on the person icon at the bottom to log in.

Once you're logged in you should be able to see your order history and access your downloads.

What if I still don't see my downloads or I can't log in?

No worries. Email us at support@crochetfoundry.com and we'll figure it out. Please include as much as you can of the following: your name used when you made your purchase(s), your email used, order number(s) that you are trying to download.

What does a single issue cost?

Past monthly issues are $12.99. When Crochet Foundry was just started the issues were quarterly, and those are $15.00 and include any guides that went with them.

The current issue is available at no cost to members, or as part of the current seasonal bundle.

Is there a subscription or membership?

Crochet Foundry does not have a subscription. We DO have a membership which includes access to the members area, bonuses, and the current issue of Crochet Foundry Magazine. This means each month you are a member, you get that month's issue as part of your membership fee.

How do I become a member?

Is there an automatic membership renewal?

Both monthly and yearly memberships to Crochet Foundry come with Crochet Foundry Magazine and renew automatically. You may cancel any time.

What if I'm a member and I forgot to get my current issue before a new one came out?

Sometimes time gets away from all of us. Email us at support@crochetfoundry.com and let us know the name and email used for your membership and which issue(s) you forgot to grab while they were free for you. We'll process a $0 order for you so you will still get your issues.

What happens to my magazines if I cancel my membership?

Every magazine or other digital item that you bought, even those that were $0 when you are/were a member will remain yours weather or not you are a member. This is why we have you purchase the current issue for $0, we want to be sure you always have access, even if you pause or cancel your membership.

What would I do if I purchased multiples of the same issue?

We know you love our magazine but if you do purchase multiple copies, please email support@crochetfoundry.com and we’ll get that taken care of for you!

Is Crochet Foundry only digital or is it available in print?

At this time Crochet Foundry Magazine is only available as a digital download.

Are past issues included in my membership?

Past issues are not included in the membership. You can still purchase them individually, or as part of seasonal bundles.

What is a seasonal bundle?

Seasonal bundles are available for each season starting when Crochet Foundry moved from quarterly (or seasonal) issues to monthly issues. The bundles include all 3 issues from the season at a reduced cost.
If you purchase the current seasonal bundle before all 3 issues have been published, you will get an email with an updated download link when the remaining issue(s) are published.

How can I get my designs in Crochet Foundry?

Click on the "About" tab in the navigation menu, then on "Submit a Design". You can then sign up to get our design calls.

Can I sell my patterns on Crochet Foundry's site?

Click on the "About" tab in the navigation menu, then on "IDP - submit a pattern". You'll find all the details on how to sell your indie patterns through Crochet Foundry.
